DumpBrowserSecrets is a publicly available Windows post-exploitation tool that extracts browser-stored secrets (saved logins, session cookies, OAuth refresh tokens, credit card data, autofill entries, and browsing history) from major browsers including Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera variants, Vivaldi, and Firefox. It implements an App-Bound Encryption bypass for Chromium-based browsers by spawning a headless Chromium process and injecting a DLL to call the IElevator COM interface to decrypt keys, uses DPAPI extraction for some Chromium forks and NSS handling for Firefox, and includes evasion features (string obfuscation, API hashing, PPID/argument spoofing, handle duplication) while outputting structured JSON for red-team workflows.
