DumpBrowserSecrets is a Windows post-exploitation credential-harvesting tool that extracts saved passwords, session cookies, OAuth refresh tokens, credit card data, autofill information, and browsing history from Chromium-based (Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera, Vivaldi) and Firefox browsers. It bypasses Chrome's App-Bound Encryption by spawning a headless Chromium process and injecting a DLL to use the IElevator COM interface to decrypt keys, handles DPAPI and NSS decryption for other browsers, includes operational evasion techniques (string obfuscation, API hashing, PPID/argument spoofing, custom SQLite parser), outputs structured JSON, and is intended for red-team/assumed-breach scenarios to demonstrate realistic credential exposure.
