DumpBrowserSecrets is a post-exploitation credential-harvesting tool that extracts passwords, session cookies, OAuth refresh tokens, credit card data and other browser-stored secrets from Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera-family browsers and Firefox. It implements an App-Bound Encryption bypass for Chromium-based browsers by spawning a headless browser and injecting a DLL via Early Bird APC to call the IElevator COM interface, uses DPAPI/NSS techniques for other browsers, includes multiple evasion features, outputs structured JSON, and is presented as a red team utility while representing a high-risk capability for lateral movement and cloud account takeover if used by malicious actors.
