DumpBrowserSecrets is a publicly available post‑exploitation tool for Windows that harvests browser-stored secrets (saved logins, session cookies, OAuth refresh tokens, credit cards, autofill and history) from major Chromium-based and Firefox browsers. It implements an App-Bound Encryption bypass for Chrome/Edge/Brave via DLL injection into a headless Chromium process using Early Bird APC and the IElevator COM interface, supports DPAPI and NSS decryption where applicable, includes operational evasion techniques, and is positioned for red-team assumed-breach testing while representing a high-risk credential-theft capability that defenders should detect and mitigate.
