DumpBrowserSecrets is a post‑exploitation credential‑harvesting tool that extracts saved passwords, session cookies, OAuth refresh tokens, credit card numbers, autofill data and browsing history from Chromium-based browsers (Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera variants, Vivaldi) and Firefox. It bypasses Chrome's App‑Bound Encryption by spawning a headless Chromium process and injecting a DLL to call the IElevator COM interface to decrypt the app_bound_encrypted_key (DPAPI and NSS models are also supported), includes multiple operational evasion techniques, outputs results as structured JSON, and is intended for red team/assumed-breach testing but can enable rapid cloud account takeover and lateral movement if abused.
