DumpBrowserSecrets is a publicly available post-exploitation tool that harvests browser-stored credentials (cookies, saved logins, OAuth refresh tokens, credit cards, autofill entries, history and bookmarks) from Chromium-based and Firefox browsers by bypassing App-Bound Encryption via IElevator COM in an injected DLL and handling DPAPI/NSS keys; the report documents functionality, usage, evasion techniques, detection opportunities, and its relevance for red-team assumed-breach exercises.
