OCCRP and Anti-Corruption Data Collective Launch New Initiative to Fight Transnational Corruption

OCCRP and the Anti-Corruption Data Collective announced the Illicit Finance Data Lab to connect investigative journalists with academic researchers and data scientists to better analyze growing datasets on illicit and secret financial activity. The initiative will identify collaborative projects, provide guidance, training, and networking, and builds on existing partnerships with the Universities of Exeter and Oxford and PPLAAF, with support from the U.K. Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office.
