Authorities in the U.K. froze 19 London properties tied to Chen Zhi and sanctioned several associates, including Zhu (“Zhu Jack”), who obtained Cambodian and Cypriot citizenships (the latter reportedly revoked for him and his family). Records indicate Zhu was a Dubai resident who last departed in May 2025 and acquired at least 29 properties in the emirate between 2019 and 2022, including two full floors of Creek Rise Tower 2 and a unit in Dubai Creek Residences; OCCRP could not verify whether some assets have since been sold.
