EU Sanctions Target Prince Group and its Chairman Chen Zhi Over Alleged Cyber-Scams, Forced Labor

The European Union sanctioned Cambodia’s Prince Holding Group, its chairman Chen Zhi, seven individuals, and an additional Cambodian conglomerate for alleged involvement in large-scale cyber-scams and human trafficking, and also sanctioned a Myanmar militia accused of allowing scam compounds to operate; the measures follow recent U.S. sanctions targeting the same network.
