Tool Update: Auto-OSSEC + MSI Builder

## Executive Summary This report describes auto-ossec, a solution for automating OSSEC host-agent registration, and an added MSI-builder workflow that uses a PowerShell script and WiX to create an MSI deployable via Group Policy; executing the MSI registers agents with the OSSEC server and can also uninstall the helper. The tooling was authored by Dave Kennedy with MSI builder contributions by Charles L. Yost and focuses on simplifying large-scale OSSEC agent deployment rather than describing an incident or threat.
