Vimeo Data Exposed in Anodot Supply Chain Attack

Vimeo disclosed that an unauthorized actor who compromised analytics vendor Anodot accessed vendor-hosted Vimeo metadata (video titles, operational data) and some customer emails; Vimeo’s own systems, login credentials, video content and payment data were reportedly not affected. The company disabled the integration, revoked Anodot credentials, engaged third-party security experts, and notified law enforcement while its investigation continues.
