Google DeepMind Partners with CFS to Use AI for Optimizing SPARC Fusion Reactor Efficiency

Google DeepMind and Commonwealth Fusion Systems announced a collaboration to apply AI—via tools like TORAX, AlphaEvolve, and real-time navigators—to optimize operations of CFS’s SPARC tokamak, aiming for net energy gain by 2027.
