Cutting the Cord: QEMU 11.0 to Expunge 32-Bit Host Support in Cloud Variant

QEMU’s Cloud distribution is moving to drop 32-bit host support, with a proposed set of 50 patches that would remove over 7,000 lines of code. QEMU 10.0 Cloud had already ended official 32-bit support and ceased security and functional updates, and 11.0 is expected to block migrations on 32-bit hosts, though the change is not yet finalized. Users can remain on 10.x but would face security risks due to lack of maintenance.
