Microsoft introduced a Group Policy in Windows 11 Beta/Dev Build 26200.7535 that allows enterprise administrators to remove the Microsoft Copilot app if both Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot are installed, the app was not manually installed, and it has remained unused for 28 days; removal is reversible by users, applies only to enterprise environments, and the policy is located at User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Windows AI -> Remove Microsoft Copilot App.
