GitGuardian announced a $50M Series C funding round led by Insight Partners with Quadrille Capital and existing investors to accelerate expansion in secrets security and Non-Human Identity (NHI) governance, including AI agent security. The company reported strong 2025 momentum (115k+ developers protected, 610k+ repositories monitored, 210k+ connected collaboration sources, and 350k secret exposures remediated) and will invest in AI agent security innovation, enterprise-scale NHI lifecycle management (discovery, analytics, rotation, compliance), and geographic growth across the Americas, EMEA, and new regions, targeting regulated sectors such as technology, financial services, and healthcare.
