HyperRat – A New Android RAT Sold On Cybercrime Networks

HyperRat is a Russian-language Android remote-access trojan sold as a Malware-as-a-Service platform that includes an APK builder, web control panel, Telegram bot integration, overlay/injection tools for credential harvesting, mass-SMS propagation, VNC remote control, persistence features, and stealth options. The report reviews screenshots showing operator workflows and argues that such turnkey MaaS kits lower the bar for attackers, enabling large-scale phishing, credential theft, and device takeover campaigns.
