This report summarizes presentations and training at Hardwear.io (May 26–30, San Jose), highlighting in-person talks on reverse-engineering a Ledger Nano X hardware implant found in the wild, a MediaTek Wi‑Fi firmware encryption bypass that enabled ROM patching and arbitrary code execution, and hands-on LoraPWN training covering LoRa/LoRaWAN vulnerabilities and radio-level attack techniques.
