ICS Security Conference 2026

**Executive summary:** This article reports on JPCERT/CC's ICS Security Conference 2026, describing opening and closing remarks and six presentations that reviewed the 2025 ICS threat landscape (ransomware, state-sponsored and hacktivist activity), preparedness and incident-response lessons for OT, security of digital twins in automotive manufacturing, integrated safety-and-security design using DFD/SSOT and generative AI, and international trends in vulnerability handling, CVD, CVE, and SBOM driven by evolving regulations.
