CSIRTs Around the World – Azerbaijan

JPCERT/CC visited Baku, Azerbaijan to meet national and research CSIRTs (CERT.AZ, CERT.GOV.AZ, AzScienceCERT) and capacity-building organizations (Azerbaijan Cybersecurity Center, AKTA). The report summarizes each organization’s mission, activities (incident response, SOC operations, threat intelligence, training), workforce development programs, and intent to strengthen international information sharing and cooperation; it contains no technical incident details or IOCs.
