It highlights regional disparities in AI governance, training cadence, and incident prevalence, and recommends role-tailored training, meaningful metrics, formalized incident reporting structures, closing AI governance gaps, and contextualized strategies by region and sector to strengthen human-centered cyber resilience across the continent.
