Threat Actors Abuse Google Translate to Craft Phishing Links

Researchers at Abnormal Security warn that attackers are exploiting Google Translate’s redirect mechanism to create phishing links hosted on Google domains (e.g., translate.goog), making malicious URLs appear legitimate and reducing detection by filters; organizations should inspect full URL paths, analyze redirects/encoded domains, and train users to spot unusual Translate-based links.
