Free Gift Fallacy: How Attackers Harvest Credit Cards via Fake Surveys

KnowBe4 Threat Labs observed a large-scale, high-volume "survey reward" phishing campaign that impersonates retail, logistics, travel, financial, and healthcare brands to trick users into completing multi-stage surveys and paying small 'delivery' fees, thereby harvesting credit card details and PII; attackers leverage hundreds of newly-registered domains, pixel-perfect landing page clones, social-proof elements, and countdown timers to evade detection and coerce victims.
