[CASE STUDY] Healthcare Organization Hardens Employee Defenses Against Insidious Callback Phishing Attacks

A U.S. healthcare provider used KnowBe4’s callback phishing simulation and targeted training to reduce employee susceptibility to social engineering, focusing on credential-harvesting tactics in callback scams.
