KDE Plasma 6.6 is almost here, and this Linux distro gave me an early look - here's how

A hands-on review of KDE Plasma 6.6 (tested via KDE Neon Unstable) highlights smoother animations, fast app launch times, and enhanced customization such as applying desktop themes to SDDM and disabling dark mode for the Application Dashboard. The expected new KDE login manager isn’t present yet (still SDDM), but overall polish and performance are praised, with a recommendation to test in a VM before the Feb. 17 release and to avoid using the unstable build as a daily driver.
