Securonix Acquires Threat Intelligence Firm ThreatQuotient

Securonix announced the acquisition of ThreatQuotient to bolster its breach detection and incident response capabilities by integrating ThreatQuotient's ThreatQ external threat intelligence and TDIR features into the Securonix EON platform while continuing to offer ThreatQ as a standalone product; the combined offering will emphasize AI-driven analytics, SOAR, UEBA, and modular generative agents to provide a unified SIEM and external threat intelligence solution and to compete with major SIEM vendors.
