SentinelOne Acquires AI Startup Prompt Security

SentinelOne has agreed to acquire Prompt Security, a startup that provides real-time monitoring and security for AI interactions (browsers, desktop modeling tools, APIs, and MCP-based autonomous agents) to prevent prompt injections, data leakage, and secret exfiltration; reports estimate the deal near $250 million. Prompt Security offers SaaS and on-premises solutions, serves dozens of enterprise customers, and will be integrated into SentinelOne's Singularity endpoint and cloud workload security platform as AI security activity in the market continues.
