Tables Turn on 'The Gentlemen' RaaS Gang With Data Leak

Check Point Research analyzed a breach of the Russian ransomware group 'The Gentlemen' in early May 2026 after attackers exfiltrated ~16GB of internal data and leaked a 44MB sample; the analysis reveals the group's leadership, role-based operational structure, a mature toolset including a locker malware and evasion techniques, use of known critical vulnerabilities, and that around 332 organizations had data published on the group's leak site — a reputational hit unlikely to significantly disrupt their operations.
