Darktrace Acquires Mira Security for Network Visibility

Darktrace has acquired Mira Security, a network traffic visibility startup, to enhance its encrypted traffic analysis and in-line decryption capabilities across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Mira Security will be integrated into Darktrace's R&D division while existing partners continue to be supported; the move follows other recent acquisitions and Darktrace's April 2024 buyout by Thoma Bravo, and is intended to accelerate product innovation and close encrypted-data visibility gaps.
