Snyk Acquires Helios for Runtime Visibility

Snyk announced the acquisition of Helios to extend its Developer Security Platform with full-stack runtime data collection and end-to-end application discovery, enhancing “cloud-to-code” risk visibility and enabling improved asset discovery, issue identification, and risk prioritization across the SDLC via AppRisk. The integration leverages OpenTelemetry-based runtime insights to provide production context for security teams and developers, with Helios’ team joining Snyk; financial terms were not disclosed.
