CISA Publishes Resiliency Playbook for Critical Infrastructure

CISA published the IRPF Playbook, a voluntary supplemental manual to the Infrastructure Resilience Planning Framework that offers SLTT governments and private-sector stakeholders step-by-step guidance and fictional scenarios to enhance critical infrastructure resilience. The playbook outlines actions such as establishing incident-response groups, identifying critical infrastructure and dependencies, creating mitigation strategies, and integrating resilience into existing protocols, while clarifying it does not impose regulations or statutory authority.
