Microsoft announced it will discontinue the Privacy Protection VPN feature in the Microsoft Defender app effective Feb. 28 while retaining other Defender protections (device protection, identity and credit monitoring in the US). Windows, iOS, and macOS users need not act, but Android users should manually remove the Defender VPN profile following the provided steps.
