Security Teams & SREs Want the Same Thing: Let's Make It Happen

This commentary argues that security teams and SREs have substantial overlap in goals and practices—covering access controls, network design, observability, patching and releases, and incident response—and recommends collaboration through respect, joint projects, and actionable dashboards to reduce duplication and improve organizational outcomes.
