Landmark Admin, LLC disclosed that on or about May 13, 2024 it detected unauthorized access to its network and believes some files containing personal and sensitive information (names, addresses, Social Security numbers, tax IDs, driver’s license/passport numbers, financial account and medical/insurance information, and life/annuity policy details) may have been accessed. The company disconnected affected systems, engaged third-party cybersecurity and forensic responders, is notifying impacted individuals by mail, and has provided guidance on credit monitoring and identity-theft prevention.
