Researchers uncovered a campaign using files claiming to reveal deleted social media posts about rapper P. Diddy to distribute a PySilon-derived RAT dubbed "PdiddySploit." The Python-based RAT can steal data, log keystrokes, capture screens and execute remote commands; multiple samples have been observed on VirusTotal and the lure leverages public interest and social engineering to trick users into downloading malicious attachments or files.
