Human Technology Inc. — Notification of Data Breach

Human Technology Inc. and several affiliates experienced a data security incident on March 14–15, 2024 in which an unauthorized actor accessed company systems. The investigation (completed May 31, 2024) found that sensitive data — including names, addresses, dates of birth, medical and health insurance information, SSNs, government IDs, passport numbers, tax IDs, payment card details, and bank account information — may have been exposed. Affected individuals were notified and offered complimentary identity theft protection and credit monitoring on June 28, 2024; law enforcement and forensic specialists were engaged and additional security measures (including EDR monitoring) have been implemented.
