Netskope's analysis finds that GenAI adoption has surged (96% of organizations) and many enterprises are now deploying controls to limit data exfiltration to AI services—77% use block/allow policies, 42% use DLP, and 31% use live coaching—while comparatively few currently address risks from AI-generated outputs (hallucinations, bias, copyright); Netskope recommends inventories of apps, enforcing approved tools, logging responses, and contractual protections.
