Telefonica Breach Exposes Jira Tickets, Customer Data

Telefónica acknowledged unauthorized access to an internal ticketing system after threat actors posted nearly 470,000 lines of Jira data and hundreds of thousands of customer-related lines and documents on BreachForums; vendor reporting indicates attackers used infostealer malware to compromise ~15 employees, exposing ~24,000 employee emails and a wide range of internal documents and ticket summaries that could be used for social engineering or to map operational vulnerabilities.
