Iran-linked cyber operations targeting Israel and its allies have escalated to a global Phase 3 campaign, involving advanced TTPs, data exfiltration (including an alleged deletion of >100 TB from Albania's INSTAT), attacks on industrial controllers in critical infrastructure, and sanctions against IRGC-CEC officials; the activity poses elevated risk to governments, businesses, and infrastructure.
