Okta researchers analyzed 26 months of FastPass authentication logs and found that phishing—especially evil-proxy attacks targeting Office 365 SSO—remains a persistent, enterprise-wide threat; low adoption of phishing-resistant authentication (about 14% monthly) and easily purchasable proxy services help attackers succeed, while many attempts go unnoticed by administrators, underscoring the need for layered defenses and information sharing.
