Morocco Investigates Social Security Agency Data Leak

Morocco's National Social Security Fund (CNSS) reported a cyberattack that resulted in the theft and public posting of agency data—media reports cite ~54,000 files and up to nearly 2 million individuals' records containing names, national ID numbers, contact details and bank account information; a threat actor using the name 'JabaROOT' claimed responsibility and the data has been shared via Telegram and an underground forum while CNSS investigates and says some items appear inaccurate.
