Europol Sting Leaves Russian Cybercrime's 'NoName057(16)' Group Fractured

Operation Eastwood, coordinated by Europol and partners, partially disrupted NoName057(16), a pro‑Russian cybercrime network that conducted distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against political targets and supporters of Ukraine. Authorities took offline central servers and disrupted over 100 systems, issued seven international arrest warrants, and highlighted the group's large volunteer recruitment network and attacks affecting hundreds of organizations across multiple countries.
