ESET PROTECT Portfolio Now Includes New MDR Tiers and Features

ESET announced two new Managed Detection and Response (MDR) subscription tiers—ESET PROTECT MDR for SMBs and ESET PROTECT MDR Ultimate for enterprises—built on its ESET PROTECT platform and combining AI-driven detection, 24/7 monitoring, threat hunting, and human-led response. The release also details portfolio enhancements including ESET Mobile Threat Defense (EMTD) with MDM and Microsoft Entra ID support, a Windows Server firewall and Vulnerability & Patch Management, and expanded behavioral reporting in ESET LiveGuard Advanced to improve visibility for security teams.
