OpenSSF Siren to Share Threat Intelligence for Open Source Software

OpenSSF has launched "Siren," a public mailing list (registration required to post) to aggregate and disseminate real‑time threat intelligence about vulnerabilities and post‑disclosure threats affecting open source software. The initiative, prompted in part by the XZ Utils backdoor discovery, aims to centralize sharing of tactics, techniques, procedures, and indicators across developers, maintainers, researchers, and distributors.
