Operation Texonto is a Russia-linked multiwave campaign (Oct–Dec 2023) combining spear-phishing credential theft (fake Microsoft 365 login pages) and psyops disinformation emails aimed at Ukrainian officials, energy companies, and civilians across Europe; ESET linked both waves via common infrastructure, published domains and email IOCs, and recommended strong multi-factor authentication and user vigilance against disinformation.
