More Than Dashboards: AI Decisions Must Be Provable

The article argues that dashboards and telemetry are insufficient to prove what an AI system actually did at the moment of action; instead, organizations need tamper-resistant, replayable "proof of decision" records that capture inputs, authorization, context, and resulting actions so decision chains can be reconstructed, audited, and independently verified to reduce risk, speed investigations, and manage regulatory exposure.
