Cloud, Cryptography Flaws in Mobile Apps Leak Enterprise Data

Zimperium zLabs analyzed thousands of iOS and Android workplace apps and found widespread cloud misconfigurations and cryptographic flaws—including world-viewable storage indexes, exposed data repositories, and hardcoded or exposed AWS credentials—that risk enterprise data leakage; the report urges organizations to audit cloud SDK integrations, storage settings, and cryptographic implementations before allowing app use.
