New Raptor Framework Uses Agentic Workflows to Create Patches

Raptor is an open-source autonomous offensive/defensive research framework that uses AI coding agents (Anthropic's Claude) to orchestrate vulnerability discovery, generate exploits, and produce patches. Built by security researchers, the modular platform aims to streamline binary and static analysis, assist reverse engineers, and has been used to generate fixes for FFmpeg vulnerabilities; while intended to help defenders, it also demonstrates how AI can automate exploit workflows.
