Cybercriminal Duo Attracts FBI Notice by Spending Big & Living Large

Two individuals — a Russian (Pavel Kublitskii) and a Kazakhstani (Alexandr Khodyrev) — were charged with conspiracy for trafficking in unauthorized access devices after operating dark web marketplaces (WWH Club, Skynetzone, Opencard, Center-Club) that sold login credentials, malware, financial credentials, and provided cybercriminal training. The FBI investigation tied lavish unexplained spending to proceeds from these platforms, identified site administrators (including the alias 'Makein'), and led to Kublitskii's arrest while the marketplaces reportedly continue to operate.
