Interpol's 'Synergia' Op Nabs Dozens of Cybercriminals, Zaps Global C2s

Interpol's Synergia operation (Sept–Nov) coordinated 60 law enforcement agencies and private cybersecurity partners to dismantle C2 infrastructure supporting phishing, banking malware, and ransomware across more than 50 countries and 200 hosting providers; the effort removed ~70% of identified C2 servers, led to 31 arrests globally (with 70 additional suspects identified) and localized takedowns and investigations across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and Asia.
