Delinea Acquires Authomize to Strengthen Extended PAM

Delinea announced its acquisition of Authomize to integrate CIEM and ITDR capabilities into the Delinea Platform, extending privileged access controls and identity threat detection across SaaS, cloud, and hybrid environments. The combined offering aims to enhance least-privilege enforcement, visibility, and automated access reviews to mitigate identity-based risks such as account takeover, insider threats, and lateral movement, while establishing a new R&D center in Israel.
